Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children and Boston Children’s Hospital publishes a white paper, “Children’s Mental Health in the Commonwealth: The Time is Now”. The paper examined the system of care of children with mental health needs in Massachusetts and became the platform for a campaign to reform children’s mental health services.
